Plant manager / Maintenance engineer for railway stations

We are looking for you as a plant manager:r (w/m/d) for the control of the inspection and maintenance of our DB-Ingenieurbauwerke at the Berlin site. Through you, platforms, underpasses and transfers of persons, roofs, platforms and ground and support structures become safer. Because you check the systems for traffic safety and control repair measures so that the operation works smoothly and the structures are safely usable for our travellers. Your tasks: In this job, you take responsibility for engineering works in passenger train stations (including roofs, bridge constructions, stairways, earth and support structures) In doing so, you will ensure the safe state of the buildings and their regular inspection and maintenance and accompany professional new and remodeling projects Your tasks include regularly carrying out plant visits, checking the state of the engineering works on site, ensuring the smooth implementation of inspection orders by service providers, evaluating the inspection results and documenting action proposals You co-ordinate and tax inspection services and repair measures, and you are a specialist in implementing measures You monitor the implementation and compliance of the requirements of the DB Group Directive of the neighbouring business units of DB InfraGO Fahrweg, evaluate expert opinions and decide on necessary measures for engineering structures An important part of your tasks is to ensure documentation, inventory data management and key data for monitoring in the SAP PM system You work closely with the railway station management of the railway stations, the regional areas and the central office, and you help them as a consultant:

Your profile: As a basis for this job, you have successfully completed a degree course as a civil engineer:in, architect:in or in a comparable field Ideally, you have already gained experience in the maintenance of engineering structures, have know-how in the field of constructive engineering (KIB) and/or know you with the assignment and supervision of maintenance measures For your daily work, knowledge of web-specific rules, processes and systems are important (e.g. DIN 1076, Eurocode EN 1992, ZTV-ING) - you bring them with or are motivated to be qualified accordingly.
