As a planning manager (m/w/d), you are a key figure in our projects. You combine your experience from project management or project management with sound planning competence and actively drive sophisticated turnkey office and industrial buildings – from idea to implementation. Total responsibility: You take responsibility for planning turnkey office and industrial buildings within interdisciplinary, internal planning teams Active control of the integral planning process: You shall ensure that appointments, costs and quality are at any time in line with the contractual building plan Close coordination with our GOLDBECK-own plants: You coordinate capacities and appointments and ensure smooth project execution Responsibility for planning results up to the execution phase: Your decisions have direct influence on project success A high degree of freedom of design, coupled with real responsibility and visibility of your performance
