Consultant (m/w/d) Diversity, Equality and Inclusion

Are you interested in questions concerning diversity, equality and inclusion in companies and have fun in the (further) development and implementation of appropriate concepts? We will now look for you to support our team as part of an unlimited part-time or full-time job (min. 32 h per week). The focus of the Department of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion is the implementation of our combined diversity strategy among the Maltesers. To this end, we develop concepts within the framework of a diverse corporate culture and manage their implementation. We advise our disciplines and decentralised institutions on issues relating to diversity, equality and inclusion and strengthen the cross-linked awareness of social diversity issues.

Head of own (part-) projects as part of multi-project management Target group-oriented design, implementation and evaluation of projects and measures (further) Development of existing communication formats Expansion of our diversity network Demand-oriented planning, methodological-didactic conception and implementation/ moderation of event, training and workshop formats for different target groups Advising internal stakeholders on diversity issues and inclusive corporate culture

A completed university degree, e.g. diversity management, intercultural management, economic psychology, sociology, organizational development, etc. Expertise and passion in the field of diversity management, inclusion, chance justice, social diversity and/or change management Experience in the design and moderation of workshops and seminars Knowledge of current developments in diversity management as well as deeper knowledge about the implementation of diversity management in companies Experience in the independent planning and control of projects Communication strength and sovereignty in dealing with diverse groups of people High conceptual strength and strategic thinking Identification with our values and objectives as a Catholic aid organization
