Your new job – versatile & customer-oriented As a specialist in active damage management Kfz (m/w/d), you are the first contact person for our insurance companies and claimants in case of damage. With your empirical and solution-oriented communication, you can quickly and easily regulate the damage. You accept telephone claims for damage and, if possible, transfer damages to our regulatory partners If necessary, you complete digitally received damage reports and contact with insured persons and injured persons You check the cover and decide on the further action You clarify questions with insurers, claimants, regulatory partners and the downstream damage experts in the house You answer questions about contracts and make changes
