IT Infrastructure & Operations (ITT) is the technological heartbeat of our company. He is responsible for a broad and forward-looking portfolio – from data centers, platforms and digital workplace to enterprise architecture to global service delivery models – and thus creates the information technology basis of our daily work and the digital transformation of the Mercedes-Benz Group. The registered internship is located in the Supplier & Contract Management department. Within ITT, ITT/EL (Supplier & Contract Management) is responsible for the global IT-Sourcing as well as the supplier, contract and license management for Mercedes‐Benz Group AG – both at operational and strategic level. Our goal is to continuously develop these tasks through the use of digital tools, innovative concepts and agile methods. In addition, we design, implement and accompany processes to comply with compliance-relevant requirements. We are looking for dedicated support for this versatile and content-intensive initiative. These challenges include: Care, development and optimization of central tools and tools Function as the first point of contact for a wide range of questions including focusing and independent processing clarification of questions on the application of regulatory requirements in concrete, partially complex applications Ensuring a complete and understandable presentation of complex issues in cooperation with different partners and departments Self-declaration of complex topics with heterogeneous contacts derivation, prioritization and follow-up of processing volumes and support in implementation Creation and optimization of presentation documents for the communication of complex content and for the initiation of decisions Project support through pre- and post-processing, content development of topics and independent takeover of tasks The mandatory internship can start from August 2026.

You are studying Business Informatics, People's or Business Administration or a comparable degree course You have a good understanding and sound know-how in handling modern technologies and products You work quickly and independently in new topics You will be happy to take different tasks and to respond flexibly to new requirements You draw from a communicative, pragmatic, structured and independent way of working Safe handling of common MS‐Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is of course for you You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
