This is expected You provide preparation work and equip the work area professionally with equipment such as glass, bribes, dishes, laundry and napkins. You perform professional services at the guest, pick up orders and serve food and drinks within predetermined time frames. You ensure compliance with hygiene requirements by cleaning and maintaining workspaces and devices according to HACCP concept. You take over the needs planning and manage food, beverage and non-food items as well as cash operations. You work on special tasks such as creating food and beverage cards, calculations, and support the personnel deployment control.

This will bring you You have completed vocational training in hotels and restaurants or comparable qualifications as well as multiannual relevant professional experience. You have a well-founded knowledge of the HACCP hygiene concept and apply cash systems as well as goods management safely. You bring good English skills and advanced knowledge to MS Office to support administrative tasks. You are characterized by organizational ability, precision and a pronounced sense of order that enables a structured and reliable operation. You convince by communication strength and conflict management skills as well as a professional and courteous appearance to guests and colleagues.
