Technical Assistant Dermatology and Venereology (m/f/d)
The University Hospital Freiburg is a hospital with a maximum of 2,100 beds, whose catchment area extends from Basel to Karlsruhe, from the French border to the Lake Constance. Around 90,000 stationary patients and around 900,000 outpatient visitors are treated annually. The university hospital employs more than 15,000 people and is one of the largest employers in the region. The Department of Dermatology and Venerology is looking for a Technical Assistant (m/w/d) Our research focuses on chronic and inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, which are a high burden of disease and are often inadequately treatable despite modern therapies. The focus is on understanding the underlying mechanisms, in particular the interaction of immune cells with tissue-resident cells and their influence on the skin barrier. We investigate molecular disease patterns, identify biomarkers and work on an improved classification and prediction of therapy responses. The aim is to translate our findings into innovative diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. In order to support our translational research projects, we are looking for a motivated employee (m/w/d). .
