Project Manager Civil Engineering – Civil Engineering with Development Prospects (m/f/d)

Our client is an independent, established engineering office in the Stuttgart area with around 30 employees. The company implements sophisticated infrastructure and environmental projects predominantly for contractors in Baden-Württemberg.

The organization is deliberately slenderly structured, decision paths are short and the project pipeline is secured in the long term. The projects are located exclusively in Baden-Württemberg, which ensures very good planning and regional rooting. At the same time, great emphasis is placed on individual living situations: flexible working time models – including temporary adjustments such as 100% → 80% → 50% – allow long-term and family-friendly cooperation.

In the course of a long-term succession scheme, we are looking for a professionally versed personality to strengthen the project management. There is the possibility, if you are interested, to assume additional responsibility within the construction planning, but this is expressly not a prerequisite.

Holistic project management over all HOAI performance phases (1–9) Responsibility for costs, dates and quality in projects of different sizes Creation and testing of execution planning and performance directories Regular construction site monitoring and technical coordination with exporting companies Coordination of internal and external specialist planners and communication with contracting authorities

Completed studies in civil engineering (focus on civil engineering) or comparable qualification Experience in the planning and implementation of engineering and Civil engineering projects Safety in execution planning, LV creation and construction monitoring Practical understanding of construction sites and technical relationships Very good German knowledge and sovereign appearance in the project environment

Structured and long-term integration Attractive compensation of approx. €60,000–90.000 p.a., up to €100,000 depending on the experience Flexible working time models with home office share (approximately 40–50% project-dependent) Projects exclusively in Baden-Württemberg Development possibilities within the construction planning – with interest also with increased responsibility
