As a team leader (m/w/d), you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your up to 10 team: You have the potentials of each individual and the entire team constantly in sight Leading employee talks and cooperation in training and coaching measures Design and further development of organisational processes and team processes is your responsibility Support for the management of operational day-to-day operations and monitoring of defined quality and performance specifications (KPIs) Due to your expertise, you stand for complex customer cases: e.g. processing of customer complaints and meeting cunning decisions Together with the department management, you take over partner management (m/w/d) and customers (m/w/d)
