(Junior) Sales Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

You work with projects in the area of sales and digitization topics, take responsibility for your own work packages and drive improvements forward In the sales organization, you are the central contact person to support our sales-relevant systems (e.g. CRM, webshops) and act as an interface to other departments You contribute to the standardization and optimization of sales-relevant processes and bear the responsibility for our sales manual / Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) You train colleagues and ensure user support You are responsible for internal coordination of alerts and ensure their efficient processing You participate in the creation of customer and portfolio analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action

Completed studies (e.g. BWL, Business Informatics) or commercial training with relevant professional experience Experience in project work (certification is a plus) Experience in process modeling / BPMN is a plus Experience in dealing with CRM, ERP and BI systems or the willingness to work on High customer orientation, loadability, reliability and flexibility Responsible, team-oriented and analytical thinking and working Safe handling of MS Office programs Experience in the waste management industry is advantageous, but no requirement
