♪ Your future task:

• Responsible operation and monitoring of building systems such as ventilation, water, wastewater, heating or refrigeration systems, including the corresponding control, valve and pump technology
• Efficient troubleshooting, tracking and removal as well as regular maintenance work
• Implementation of repairs, optimization measures and new and remodeling of building equipment
• Coordination of workflows with entrepreneurs and ensuring smooth cooperation

Your profile for Servicemonteur (m/w/d) Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation, Climate (HLSK) in the Porsche factory from 19,50€/h:

• Complete training, for example, plant mechanic - sanitary, heating and air conditioning, gas and water installer, Central heating and ventilation equipment
• Experience in technical building management of advantage
• Knowledge in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Embossed customer and service orientation and team skills
• Secure and well-kept appearance to customers
• readiness to work in the 3-shift system with weekly change
• Additional qualifications such as sprinkler maintenance, elevator maintenance, boiler maintenance or the like are desirable, but no condition
