Then go through with us and #machdichneo. Implementation of Salesforce: You are actively implementing salesforce projects – from configuration to automation (flows) to deployment. You work with end-to-end: from the request to the successful go-live. Technical implementation & configuration: You configure the Salesforce platform autonomously – with a solid understanding of Data Model, Security Model, Limits and Automation. You know the platform in depth and understand the impact of your decisions on performance, scalability and wartability in complex orgs. Testing & quality assurance: You define test cases, accompany UAT phases and are active in defect management and bug fixation. You understand different test stages (Unit, Integration, UAT), use them in a targeted manner and ensure a stable solution in front of the Go level. Cutover & Go-Live: You bring experience in the go-live preparation – including data migration and coordinated implementation. You also keep an overview in hot project phases.
Min. 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects (no pure consulting profile) Experience in complex enterprise environments as well as in smaller, fast-paced setups Detectional End-to-End Project Experience: Configuration, Automation (Flows), Deployment Deployment – taking into account existing system landscapes, data migrations and real project conditions Deep platform understanding and the ability to make sound technical decisions: Data Model, Security Model, Limits, Automation – even in complex or large orgs with different requirements Experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud – Willing to grow in different areas Experience in Testing: Test case definition, UAT, Defect & Bugfixing processes Experience with Go-Live & Cutover, incl. migration Structured, independent working and the ability to clearly penetrate and implement complex issues Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant) available or in preparation Communication strength in German; safe English
