You are the first contact person for our medium-sized customers – from initial installation to fault analysis You accompany our customers: during migrations and the introduction of new solutions and carry out day- or week-by-day on-site visits You monitor the environment of our customers: you keep the systems up to date You co-ordinate the administration and IT support, as needed in the team and attend your firm client: You will be worked in a sound manner by an experienced colleague

You have a completed training as a specialist informant and brings at least 2 years relevant professional experience with You can safely move into Microsoft Server Systems' IT landscapes, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy You are communicative, have pleasure in dealing with customers and live our service claim You have experience in technical support, especially in initial installation and error analysis You think analytically, project- and solution-oriented and work structured and independent You own the class B driver's license and are ready to travel by day if necessary
