Own-responsible creation of quotations of demanding high and turnkey projects, PPP projects and project development Development and development of innovative special proposals Additional offers Retrieval and evaluation of subcontractor offers Participation in the pre-selection of projects to be calculated, subcontracting and procurement negotiations

Completed civil engineering studies (FH / TU / TH) or comparable qualification Founded professional experience in the calculation of projects in high and/or turnkey construction Comprehensive technical and basic commercial knowledge Safe appearance associated with entrepreneurial qualities and team skills Self-working and high organisational capacity Very good IT user knowledge (MS-Office), experiences with a costing software are advantageous
