Production Manager - Leadership & Production (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen the management team at the Neustadt location at the Orla, we are looking for you as a production manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time as part of the direct recruitment of staff in an indefinite permanent position and full time.

Production leads: You take responsibility for production with over 100 professional employees and work closely with the shift lines. Supporting employees: You give orientation, develop your executives and teams and ensure a good interaction in everyday production. Ensure processes: Together with the layer lines, you ensure a smooth production process in the 2-layer system from Monday to Friday. Personnel & capacity planning: You coordinate the use of personnel and ensure the necessary utilization of production. Improving processes: You identify potential for improvement and develop work and production processes in practice. Keep an eye on key figures: you control productivity and costs on the basis of relevant key figures and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures. Quality & safety ensure: You ensure compliance with the applicable quality, work and safety standards.

You have several years of practical experience in a production, logistics or comparable operating environment. Ideally, you have already assumed leadership responsibility - for example as a shift manager (m/w/d), team leader (m/w/d), production manager (m/w/d), operating manager (m/w/d) or in a comparable function. You understand what is happening during operation and can coordinate employees, capacities and production processes. Experience with Process Optimization, Lean Management, CVP or Production Keys is welcome You make clear decisions, tackle challenges pragmatically and keep an overview when it becomes dynamic in production. As a manager, you are close to the employees, communicate clearly and create people to take with and develop. A degree or a further education to the master or Technicians can be a good basis, but is not a must. Your experience, leadership and personality are crucial.
