At our location in Cologne, we are looking for a

(m/w/d) Projektmanagement Support for the further development and operational implementation of the investment strategy (SAA), investment decisions and liquidity planning and monitoring Cooperation in the analysis and structured introduction of new investment products Support in the tendering, selection and management of external asset managers, as well as documentation of the management processes and reporting of managers Compilation of reports for internal and external addressees, e.g. the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and maintenance and guaranteeing the quality of the investment data Support in the preparation of forecast calculations and stress tests as well as further development and documentation of investment reporting Design of presentations, templates and protocols for relevant bodies and support in coordination between the various departments, e.g. on supervisory and accounting issues in the capital investment context Takeover of administrative activities, monitoring and implementation of regulatory requirements and support for special tasks and projects

You have completed economic studies, studies of (economic) mathematics or a comparable qualification; first contact points with institutional investments or controlling – e.g. for a pension fund or life insurance – are desirable Very good knowledge in MS Excel as well as interest in common reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) Fun to create data analytics Embossed communication capability and safe occurrence Analytical thinking combined with entrepreneurial understanding Independent and reliable operation
