You support building and project management in organizational, administrative and commercial tasks in the daily business You’re puggling and developing the digital project files and creating a structured and reliable documentation You support purchasing in contract management, coordinate administrative procedures and ensure the structured follow-up of relevant processes

You manage, check and digitize shipping documents as well as other project documents

You organize and manage accommodation for our project teams and coordinate the associated administrative processes

Completed commercial training or a comparable conclusion First professional experience in assistance, project or construction site environment Safe handling of current MS Office applications and interest in getting to know and actively using new applications Organisational skills and joy in keeping an overview of many different topics Impressed team and communication skills in handling construction managers, polishing, professionals and external partners own initiative and willingness to work into new tasks and to actively participate in their own ideas
