5.500 mobility professionals working worldwide on transport solutions for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow The place is to be occupied throughout Germany Be part of our SWARCO team as DevOps Engineer / IT Operations & Automation (m/w/d) Location: Berlin / Berlin / Germany | Full time | on site From the start, you take responsibility in exciting interurban projects and act as a direct contact person for our customers In the field of high-tech engineering, configure and parameterize complex traffic control systems and assist in building and maintaining a KRITIS-compliant infrastructure Start-ups accompany you in practice, take over tasks in ongoing operation (operations) and strengthen our 2nd level support Whether in the tunnel or on the motorway – you take systems in part directly on site and perform functional and interface tests in the entire system In the future areas of C-ITS and CCAM, you are responsible for the operation of cooperative intelligent transport systems In the team, you alternately take on the readiness according to operational planning and thus contribute to a high system availability

You have technical training, e.g. in automation or system engineering, or a comparable qualification, and willingness to work on new topics continuously Finding knowledge in Windows and Linux environments, virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware or Proxmox), container technologies as well as TCP/IP networks feature; Experiences with Microservices and Kubernetes are advantageous Modern CI/CD architectures are familiar to you, and you have ideally experience in building and operating safer and efficient build and deployment pipelines Good knowledge in scripting, for example with Python or PowerShell, as well as first touch points with automation and monitoring tools like Grafana bring you with Ideally, you already have experiences in the control, application or system configuration Very good knowledge of German and knowledge of English complete your profile
