For our SOS Children's Village in Nuremberg we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (20 hours/Where)

In our stationary youth community in Erlangen you accompany young people with special life stories on their way to an independent life. In a team of five supervisors and an additional domestic worker, you are currently serving seven young people aged 13 to 18. Through a trusted and systemic way of working, you create an environment that provides security, orientation and perspectives. Your activity goes beyond pure care: You build sustainable relationships, promote individual strengths and actively shape a supporting environment. Whether you already have a professional experience or have a new entry into the field of work – we look forward to welcoming you to our team. Oversight in the evening hours: You provide reliable care for our residents, in the late evening hours and possibly also overnight. Support in the morning: Support You will help our residents in the early hours of the morning, breakfast and preparation for the early school. Support in crisis situations: If necessary, you can also help our residents in the night and accompany them through difficult situations. Responsible protective measures: You implement child and care protection with the utmost care and conscience.

You have a degree as an educator or a curative teacher*in. We welcome both professional and professional beginners. You are willing to engage intensively in the relationship work with young people and young adults. You appreciate cooperation in a lively and dedicated team. Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with refugees. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional.
