As a product lead, you will have a significant impact on the corporate goals and report directly to the Head of Product. Tasks Take full responsibility for the website builder application and ensure its development, performance and success. Use state-of-the-art technologies and trends to maintain the market leadership of the product through continuous improvements in functions and ease of use. Extend the scope beyond the mere creation of websites and understand the entire spectrum of “online presence management”, including SEO, e-commerce, mobile optimization and marketing automation. Guide and inspire a cross-functional team of over 30 developers, UX/UI designers and QA engineers and promote cooperation between development and product management. Conduct competitive analyses to ensure that our website builder remains up-to-date. Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps. Use advances in AI, machine learning and automation to optimize both the development process and the user experience. Qualifications Education / Studies in Computer Science. Experience as CTO / Founder / Technical Director or similar. Knowledge of website development frameworks, WordPress and related technologies. Strong developer background with the ability to program and understand complex technical challenges. Leadership experience in managing teams with over 30 engineers, designers and QA experts. Innovative thinker with a broader view of online presence management. Deep understanding of AI technologies and their integration into website platforms. Comprehensive knowledge of the competitive environment in the website building industry. Strong communication skills in handling international, experienced C-level leaders.
