You analyze disturbances at our automated production facilities and find targeted solutions – especially in the field of PLC controls. Smaller automation projects are used by yourself and accompany their commissioning until successful implementation. Together with Industrial Engineering, you support the commissioning, optimization and acceptance of new machines and plants. Existing PLC programs read and analyze safely, work in controllers of different generations and perform necessary adjustments and optimizations. Changes to controllers and software as well as commissioning and troubleshooting documents You can copy and provide a structured storage of the relevant software stands and technical documents. Your know-how is also included in the training: you support the placement of training content in electrical engineering, pneumatics and PLC technology and are a competent person in everyday work for our mechatronics trainees. Optimization potentials can be recognized early and actively promote the continuous improvement of our production facilities and automation solutions. Classical tasks of maintenance are also part of your field of activity: maintenance, inspection and repair measures are carried out according to requirements and reliably.

You have a successfully completed technical training, ideally as an electronic (m/w/d) for automation technology, mechatronics (m/w/d) with a focus on automation technology or in a comparable field. Alternatively, you have completed a further education on the state-tested technician (m/w/d) or completed a study in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, technical informatics or a comparable subject. Through your previous professional experience, you will bring well-founded knowledge in programming, diagnosis and commissioning of PLC-controlled machines and systems. With controls of different generations, you are familiar and can also find yourself safe in existing PLC systems and programs. A good understanding of automated production facilities, electrical circuit diagrams and technical documentation is what distinguishes you. You have a strong analytical mindset and combine practical solution orientation with high IT and programming affinity. You have the pleasure to pass on your expertise and at best bring first experience in the care and guidance of trainees. A reliable, independent and careful way of working completes your profile.
