Our team Quality Customer Field has a central role in providing data, managing customer studies and performing quality reporting. We are also significantly involved in IT projects and conduct internal and external customer feedback to continuously improve our products. Through our DQF (Direct Quality Feedback) customer study, we receive the external customer feedback, whereby the vehicle owners from different countries can feedback their feedback on their satisfaction and problems. These challenges include: Evaluation, analysis and processing of customer feedback data Creation of presentations and process presentations Conception and implementation of content formats for transparent presentation of processes and processes Creating visual content and videos for comprehensible preparation of complex topics Support for simple HTML-based presentations, AI-based content workflows and conceptual activities in the team The activity can begin from August/September 2026.
