Completed commercial or IT technical training Ideal experience in customer service and affinity for IT systems Versified handling of current MS Office applications High service orientation and ability to exchange knowledge Knowledge of the handling of goods management systems is desirable Experience in ticket systems is advantageous Fun at the team's collaboration and hands-on mentality German and English in Word and Writing
