a completed technical university degree (Bachelor, FH diploma), preferably in the fields of mining, raw material engineering, construction, mechanical engineering, process engineering, safety technology or in a specialized field for the activity and an at least one-year professional experience (e.g. in construction, manufacturing, quality assurance, consulting activities, teaching activities, etc.), a high identification with the topics, emergency management, work protection, security and rescue; responsible, planned and targeted tasks; strong team and cooperation capability, communication skills as well as didactic and methodological skills in adult education, reliable expressiveness in oral and written talk, the health suitability for respiratory protection according to the DGUV recommendations for occupational health advice and investigations and according to GesBergV is indispensable, the willingness to use heavy breathing devices of Group 3 during the implementation of qualification measures also in underground establishments; the readiness to regularly also multi-day service trips and a valid driver's license (guide class 3 or B), willingness to expand knowledge and skills, good knowledge of the computer application (MS-Office).
