As a People Business Partner at the site of Schongau, you will recognize future challenges and position yourself as an innovation partner in an agile people environment. You enter and advise a defined business area in all personal-related topics along the entire employee lifecycle with strategic and proactive focus. In addition, you conduct strategic people projects and take a strategic role in the team. You work constructively with our works council bodies and assist in the preparation and negotiation of business agreements and other regulations. As an experienced:r change consultant:in you effectively accompany change and transformation processes in the company.

You have a degree in business management with a focus on human resources management or business psychology or a comparable training. A further education in systemic process consulting or coaching would be advantageous for you. You bring several years of professional experience in generalist personnel work and the management of people projects. Finding knowledge of working and operating constitutional law as well as pronounced communication skills complete your profile.
