As a Specialist Inside Sales (m/w/d) in the sales service, you are central contact for our customers around IT Managed Services and the Microsoft World You are responsible for the commercial process – from Microsoft licenses (CSP, Microsoft 365, Azure) to individual managed service packages Together with the field service, you develop framework & individual contracts and make sure that the scope of services, SLAs, durations and conditions are clearly and understandably mapped. You control contract management, while maintaining license periods, termination periods and renewals in mind, and actively drive Renewals together with customers and external services You are the commercial interface to our distributors and manufacturers – especially in the Microsoft partner environment – and take care of order processing, queries and escalations You provide master, contract and license data in our systems (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Partner Center) and ensure data quality, reporting and accounting You actively contribute your experience, promote cooperation between indoor, outdoor and technical services and contribute to the continuous development of enthusiastic management services

You have a successfully completed shopping. Training, ideally in the IT environment You have several years of professional experience in the internal sales service or in a comparable position Ideally, you have already been able to work with a managed service provider and know the requirements and procedures in IT sales You are a real team player, bringing an open and communicative way with you and enjoying working with customers Reliability, self-initiative and a structured working style Your knowledge of German is fluent in word and writing – you can express yourself safely and professionally The routined handling of Microsoft 365 and ERP systems is obvious to you
