Creation and expansion of simulation models of the mechatronic system of power tools, including electrical and thermal behavior, with a focus on power electronics. You create simulation scripts to automate simulation and data evaluation. performing measurements to parameterize and validate simulation models. You take over the documentation and presentation of the results.

Bachelor Programme (higher semester) or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable degree programme. Good knowledge in the field of electrical circuitry, measuring technology and thermodynamics in the field of electrical engineering. Knowledge of simulation software for the electrical circuit, such as SPICE, PLECS or MATLAB. Programming skills in Python desirable. Own initiative, pronounced analytical skills and self-employment in the processing of your tasks. Very good German knowledge (C1).

Your mission is rewarded. For a mandatory internship, you can expect 1,400 € gross per month. If you do a voluntary internship for four months or longer or write your thesis with us, you will receive €2.262 gross per month.
