As a central support in project management, the threads work together with you. You are the right hand of our project managers: also take on the commercial responsibility of your projects. Not only our customers, your project team can always rely on you. Specifically, the following tasks await you: You support the project management in the planning and control of IT projects of our customers. You are responsible for project controlling as well as the creation and updating of project documents, status reports and presentations. You take over the planning and control of resources. In addition to the Office Management project, you will take care of the coordination, preparation and preparation of meetings and workshops including the preparation of protocols. As part of the team, you are regularly ready to travel to the customer on site and thus nationwide. You have very good German (at least C1) and good English skills, communication strength at all levels and ideally experiences in cooperation with international teams.

Found commercial knowledge and professional experience in IT project management. Experience in project processing and project controlling. Advanced user knowledge of the MS Office product range. Basic knowledge about IT service processes (ITIL) and project management methods. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
