We are looking for a software developer in the area of Intrexx (m/w/d) at the closest possible time in the field of Central Applications Full-time, unlimited The central applications are responsible for the central specialist applications of the city of Ulm. Our task is to operate, maintain and develop these professionally/technically. The central specialist applications include our document management system, geodata infrastructure and management as well as portal platforms. The range of tasks also includes IT consulting with the need analysis in the context of specialist applications and information management, as well as the cost estimation with final processing or transfer to an IT project. Payment is made up to 11 TVöD.

Your tasks: Development of the low-code development platform based on Intrexx (Intranet/Extranet) Analysis and modelling of requirements and concepts Implementation of software solutions over all layers of a Java application (about 80% backend, 20% frontend) Development, testing and documentation of software, also beyond the low-code platform Implementation of Intrexx applications from idea to go level to maintenance Technical application support and support for further central internal specialist applications

Your profile: completed university studies in computer science, a comparable qualification or an IT training with several years of relevant professional experience ideally experience in methods of process analysis, development and modeling sound knowledge of object-oriented software development with Java (or comparable language) and JavaScript Knowledge in municipal administration and technical support of administrative portals are advantageous Interest in digital processes and their optimization independent, solution-oriented and service-conscious working in the team logical-analytical thinking ability as well as sense of responsibility and reliability
