The advita Pflegedienst GmbH is a nursing service that has been active nationwide since 1994, with more than 50 branches and around 3,000 employees is one of the largest nursing services in Germany and has been part of the DomusVi Group since 2021. advita cares and cares in residential communities, in the sheltered housing, in day care facilities and at home and provides intensive care patients. Our nurses and nursing staff provide the residents almost like on an outpatient tour - but without driving a car and just without traffic jam. We also employ many other experts, e.g. professional caregivers or household workers. Thus, the staff in the care of the elderly have more time, can concentrate better on working with your clients and better respond to their wishes and needs.

For our branch in Erfurt, we are looking for a nursing specialist (m/w/d) as a team leader for the premier living. The job is to be filled in full time (38 hours/week).

Your task

• Treatment care
• Individual and needs-oriented care of our clients
• Medication and regulation management
• Communication with doctors, clinics and relatives
• Head of the team of the representative Living with the organisation of workflows in the team and individual work organisation
• Regular review of professional guidance of care documentation
• Implementation of personnel deployment planning together with care management
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the incorporation concept together with the care service management
