You support the training management in all organizational and administrative tasks of the central training area. This includes, among other things, the creation of training contracts, certificates and BR hearings. You organize events, such as workshops for trainees and instructors, and make sure that our future trainees start successfully as part of the annual onboarding event. In addition to the maintenance of the time economy for all kfm. Apprentices and Dual Students, you will begin evaluations, provide data in our Learning Management System and prepare presentations. You take the correspondence with internal and external bodies (trainers, executives, vocational schools, IHK, authorities, etc.) and assist in the Azubi occupation within HR.

In addition to a completed commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial businessman (m/w/d), businessman for office management (m/w/d)), you have an instructor certificate and have first knowledge of administrative personnel work. You are a communication-strong person who enjoys working with internal and external interfaces. As an organizational institution, an independent and proactive operation is important to you, which is accompanied by a high readiness to adapt and change. You have very good knowledge in Office365 or Google Workspace and have already gained experience in SAP HCM and a Learning Management System in the best case.
