Process Consultant Logistics - Focus Warehouse (m/f/d)

As part of the national supply chain team, you create a future-proof process landscape for ALDI Nord logistics. As a professional expert and coach, you are nationally responsible for all topics relating to storage processes. You support the logistics locations professionally, define land-specific requirements and address them during operation as well as the introduction of new processes You act as a contact person for local regional teams, perform user acceptance tests and act as a professional first-level support for future users. You create the interface between the region and the international units and you are responsible for the contribution of the national unit in the project business You identify, evaluierst and follow key-number-based process improvements together with the regional companies, transfer them to a request definition and make sure that process changes in logistics are integrated into existing processes without errors. You support your regional and international contacts in the design of logistical processes and agree on this independently and regularly in the national team as well as with international specialist departments.

Complete training or studies in logistics, supply chain management or comparable field. Multiannual professional experience in the logistics industry with high affinity for logistic (system) processes in the field of warehouse management, warehousing Knowledge in handling ERP, warehouse management systems is advantageous (ideal: SAP Retail, SAP eWM) Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel You complement the understanding of interfaces between processes and systems with excellent problem solving capabilities. You're burning for KPI based process optimization and enjoy making transformation active. Impressed ability to formulate, visualize and mediate requirements in a comprehensible manner. Fun at work in the team and at collaboration with various stakeholders, internally and externally. A high readiness to visit our warehouses regularly on site during the course of roll-outs. English knowledge of word and writing, ideally on B1 level (flowing communication on familiar topics)
