Self-employed and independent management of the operating business of the Würzburg and Nuremberg branches in Doppelspitze with a colleague Responsibility for sales, budget and earnings Acquisition of new customers and development of existing customer relationships Supply and Contract Management Ensuring the economy and quality in the branches as well as the supervised objects Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of employees Annual operational planning, preparation of previews and monitoring of business activities Compilation of monthly and annual accounts and regular reporting to department management

Complete studies in the technical, economic or business sectors or a comparable qualification (e.g. technical training or masters) Found experience in holistic facility management or in technical building equipment (TGA) Very good knowledge in handling MS Office (teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Dynamics Impressed communication strength, conflictability and team spirit Entrepreneurial thinking, independent and committed working methods and high willingness to use Leadership with the ability to inspire, develop and bind employees in the long term
