Mechatronics / electronics specialist for SMT production for position: Head of PCB assembly m/w/d

You take over the technical guidance for about 8 employees in the PCB assembly They are responsible for the optimization, monitoring and supervision of SMD and THT production They ensure a timely production and are direct contact persons for production You report to the management You create documentation, work instructions and first sample test reports They ensure that the ESD protection measures are complied with

Technical training in electronics, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual experience in electrical manufacturing and knowledge in SMD and THT technologies First leadership experience is advantageous Ideally, a further development in the field of ESD, for soldering or electronics production technology Reliability and Responsibility and Good Knowledge in MS Office
