You shape a powerful, modern and future-proof rail infrastructure – from strategic design to operational implementation Based on sound analyses of networks, capacities and bottlenecks, you develop development and modernization scenarios and accompany their prioritized implementation You are driving digitization in a holistic way: from control and backup technology to data platforms to automated planning and operating processes In close cooperation with engineering, IT and operational planning, interdisciplinary solutions are created that combine efficiency, safety and sustainability In the project environment, you take responsibility, structure requirements, moderate stakeholder, prepare decisions and present results clearly and convincingly Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have completed a successfully completed study in transport, civil engineering, railway business, geography or a similar field – ideally with a focus on rail infrastructure Multiannual experience in the planning, development or modernisation of rail infrastructure and in the creation of capacity and timetable concepts Industry-relevant rules such as EBO, TSI, RAMS or HOAI will be used safely and confidently in your projects Knowledge of ETCS, digital control units and control and safety technology, as well as a good understanding of the interfaces to operation and maintenance Digital building processes are familiar to you – whether BIM, CDE, GIS or CAD, you are using digital tools targeted in planning and implementation Complex data analyze structured, develop resilient scenarios and support fact-based decisions In workshops and projects, you bring stakeholders together, structure requirements and present results clearly, addressable and convincing Very good German knowledge of C1 level and good English skills complete your profile
