Support in building our area IOT Developing a comprehensive solution model for our facilities management Selection and active installation of IOT sensors for our IOT hub based on MS-Fabrics Creation of solutions to integrate GLT systems into the IOT hub Proactive preparation of calculation models in the field of predictive maintenance (AI)

Ideally technical training with training as a specialist facility management or Bachelor facility management paired with a very high IT affinity Knowledge about IOT sensors, gateways and a technical understanding of different structures are necessary Knowledge of using Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft IOT-HUB First knowledge in the Power-BI environment would be desirable. Ideally knowledge in FM service provider processes paired with SAP / Planon German knowledge min. C1 Level / English B2 Level Hands-on mentality, initiative, flexibility and team skills
