You analyze and optimize customer service processes – focusing on efficiency, quality and feasibility You plan and run training, coaching and onboarding – digitally and locally with our teams throughout Germany You develop process charts, training documents, e-learning formats and documentation for sustainable knowledge management You secure quality standards and accompany internal audits and improvement measures You work closely with team lines and interfaces – primarily digital, but also personal exchange
