EG 10 TVöD**for the Office for Building Management** The Office for Building Management is a service provider for various urban buildings and performs the ownership function. The entire life cycle of a building is mapped from the planning and implementation of a new building, the installation and rental of buildings, the management during the use phase until the reuse of buildings.

Your tasks include:

• Management and further development of the Test & Maintenance Management team
• commissioning and coordination of recurring tests on different technical installations (e.g. electrical installations, flash protection systems or fire alarm systems) by means of specified test regulations such as TestVO-NRW)
• Support for risk assessment and test-time determination
• Supporting the field management for special projects

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Engineering FR Building/Architecture, Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science FR Facility Management or comparable qualification
• Leadership competency combined with an active leadership style and courage to decide
• personal commitment and initiative, a high level of team control and organizational capacity
• Conflict resolution behaviour and pronounced communication skills
• conceptual and targeted thinking
• have good oral and written expression in the German language on C1 level.
