Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)

Excess responsibility for the technical planning of large-scale BESS projects from feasibility study to construction. Guide the entire network connection process (MS/HS) in direct cooperation with distribution system operators (DNB) and transmission system operators (ÜNB) and ensure compliance with VDE-AR-N 4110/4120/4130. Check and approve technical concepts, single-line diagrams (SLDs) and layout designs Evaluate, approve and establish requirements for all components of the electrical system periphery. Create decision documents for the management team on procurement decisions and technologiescouting. Implement and maintain technical standards to ensure that all projects are “audit-ready” for investors and authorities. Support internal and external stakeholders of our projects. Conduct and maintain junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence

Ideally completion in electrical engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc.), mechanical engineering, energy systems or a related field at least 5 years of professional experience in project management for renewable energies; concrete experience with BESS or large-scale PV systems is absolutely necessary Knowledge of German network regulations, approval procedures and technical standards Expressed analytical thinking with strong decision-making and solution-oriented approach German and English language skills in word and writing
