Your area: Data recovery & preparation The data for about 280 statistics of different periodicities are collected and plausitised from the households, the state and the economy.

Your main activity: You check electronically or on paper incoming messages from different statistics with the help of survey-specific IT specialist applications for completeness and plausibility and clarifying vulnerabilities. You advise private individuals, public reporting bodies and companies by telephone on the issues of statistics reporting and data transmission. You carry out telephone interviews and conduct reporting management, including the necessary research work. Your task also includes: You process incoming correspondence.

You bring with them: Completed training to/from the specialist for market and social research or a completed commercial training with at least the “satisfactory” note At least one-year professional experience after training Good understanding of figures serenity with permanently high telephone Joy in customer communication and readiness to reach by 18:00 (rotary responsibility) Safe handling of MS Office Secure German (in Word and Writing) Also desirable are: In-depth knowledge of statistical production processes and knowledge of SteP tools Good understanding of economic and social relationships Knowledge in the field of social and financial law Your personality: Team spirit, open to dealing with changes Structured operation Good recognition of relationships Ability to deal appropriately with time pressure and work tips
