As an intern HR Digital Transformation (m/w/d) in the area of Payroll & Services DHL Group at Deutsche Post AG, you will find the perfect conditions to gain valuable practical experience in a rapidly changing environment. This position allows you to be part of different transformation and optimization processes. Together with your team, you design the implementation, development and optimization of various HR systems in the DHL landscape. You are part of the Central Operations Team, working with different stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams. Meanwhile, you have the opportunity to get to know different parts of the DHL Group while focusing on your professional development. Support in setting up and implementing global HR projects to standardize and digitize HR processes Work in an exciting environment and collect valuable experience in process and digitization Guide your own work packages in the field of project management, training, support and process optimization Support different teams and take independent topics in different transformation projects Support department/group management and bring your own ideas with Examine diverse tasks, such as creating digitalization strategies, reports and administrative activities
