DHL Sorting Center GmbH is looking for a software developer control technology (m/w/d) for intralogistics systems.

Founded in 2014 as a subsidiary of DHL Group, it is our duty and passion to plan, procure and implement sorting systems for new DHL package centers as a manufacturer. Since then, in Obertshausen, Bremen, Bochum, Berlin Ludwigsfelde, Aschheim and Posen, we have built and commissioned six of the largest parcel centres in Europe in which up to 50,000 packages per hour can be sorted.

Your duties As a software developer control technology (m/w/d) at DHL Sorting Center GmbH, you also shape the future of our parcel centers. You develop control solutions for our conveyor systems and help build up and continuously develop our internal development processes and structures. Your contribution is crucial for the technical implementation and the innovative power of our new core-saving control technology.

Development of control solutions for conveyor systems Support in the commissioning of conveyor systems Implementation of systematic error analyses and corrections Cooperation with the project team and the Product Owner to implement technical requirements Support of projects until final implementation during development and commissioning introduction of know-how in drive technology and industrial network integration Technical support for 24/7 support Your profile Completed studies in the field of (economic)engineering, mathematics, computer science, automation technology or comparable qualification A high degree of self-motivation to develop and actively shape the product from scratch Multiannual experience in PLC development, with Siemens TIA Portal (SCL) Experience with Jira and GitHub (requestable) Embossed problem-solving competence and analytical-technical thinking Ideally experience in the field of intralogistics and advanced knowledge in drive technology readiness for regular missions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Your advantages As an employer, we offer you excellent social benefits, competitive pay structures and corresponding development opportunities.
