Your area of responsibility: You identify individual obstacles to your clients and develop tailor-made management strategies. In doing so, you have an active focus on employment and help clients regain the labour market. They recognize the competencies and potentials of your clients with physical and/or psychological limitations, assist them in improving their health and social situation and accompany them on their way towards work. They offer learning opportunities and support clients in their individual learning process. You create communicative interfaces between your clients and network partners. They create good framework conditions for your educational work through regular contacts with clients and close networking in the region. Administrative activities complete your area of responsibility. They bring with them: completed studies (e.g. social education, social work, healing, rehabilitation or special education, pedagogy) Alternative: qualification as masterin, technicianin or specialistin with corresponding pedagogical further qualification and experience creativity and self-initiative, a high degree of communication and team skills and joy in working with people.
