We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer KID systems and are looking for one/n at the next time motivated staff for the position as "Customer Order" Specialist (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the processing of all customer orders and
• delivery according to the deadline and quality requirements
• Proactive customer notification of the progress of the Orders
• Monitoring and transmission of customer KPI
• Interface with all stakeholders to ensure the Airbus' obligations to customers
• Daily supervision and monitoring of the supply chain as well as close cooperation with suppliers

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of business management, supply Chain, economics or comparable Qualifications
• Over two years of experience in the field of customer service and Supply Chain
• Over a year of professional experience in the field of aerospace
• Basics of export control are absolutely necessary
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of Google Workspace is desirable
• German language skills
• Speaking English
