Our customer is a metalworking company and we are looking for a CNC machine (gn) for him as part of the employee transfer in the neck bridge.

These are your tasks:

• Found experience in the free programming of CNC machines with Siemens or Heidenhain control
• Selection, installation and retrieval of tools, devices and clamping means
• Self-assembly and operation of CNC turning, milling and grinding machines
• Continuous monitoring and optimization of the entire manufacturing process
• Implementation of quality checks and measurement checks using common measuring instruments

Your knowledge:

• Ready to work in the 2 layer system
• Knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain control
• Successful vocational training as machining mechanic or CNC lathe or CNC milling machine (gn) or comparable qualification
• Detection of long-term use of CNC milling or CNC lathes
• Car and driver's license to reach the workplace
