For our customers, Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, we are looking for a process manager (m/w/d) at the Erlangen site as part of the employee transfer.

Your tasks:

• Harmonization of processes and directive between Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa Renewables
• Support in the harmonisation of the Fleet Process for Europe
• Harmonization of Ariba systems of the two units for the Request to order - part and support of the introduction of S4 Unify (uniform SAP system) and Agora
• Support of the Regional Focus Areas (such as analysis of the volume for business-specific material and derivation of a pan-European action recommendation)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed study of a commercial subject or alternatively on a successfully completed commercial training, in each case in connection with relevant professional experience
• Analytical skills and process understanding
• First experience in project management
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Good knowledge of SAP (SAP Ariba)
• German and English skills
