Your duties

You run the Validation department in a major development project (TMS1) across the brand

You agree to change requirements in vehicle planning and vehicle use in team rounds across areas and with the experimental areas of the Traton R&D

They represent the MAN total vehicle validation in project and decision bodies and control the milestone tasks of the BID validation

They work out custom requirements in the OnePDP in the context of BID total vehicle validation and represent them in the relevant bodies

They coordinate vehicle descriptions across the range, create them and maintain the construction of test carriers in close coordination with concept vehicle construction / production

You agree with the Group partners and conduct joint synergies

They plan and maintain necessary vehicle modifications /-high-armament together with the experimental workshop and prioritize in case of need

They plan regular SW/HW updates and necessary prioritizations of the Fzg fleet together with the IBN team/ experimental workshop and the respective vehicle users

Your qualifications

You have completed your studies in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering

You have at least 5 years of experience in automotive development specifically in the field of experimentation

Ideally, you have project management/team management experience and can work out decision requirements precisely

You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner

You are willing to attend on occasion

They have high social and intercultural competence and work structured and implemented

You have a high process understanding and have fun to continuously develop processes

Your strengths include team, communication skills and a high degree of self-initiative as well as enforcement ability
