You develop strategies for the introduction and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies for the production processes of the works in line with the company's goals. You guide the implementation of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, robotics, big data and automation to optimize production processes. You supervise the planning and monitoring of digital production projects to ensure that they are implemented on time and within the budget and comply with quality standards. Manage and run a digital production team in Asia, EMEA and the USA, including budget, personnel and technology tools. You work closely with the network, data center and security team, especially at the OT facility.

You have a master's degree in computer science, IT or production systems and have more than 10 years of professional experience. You are able to lead, motivate and manage a global team and promote a culture of cooperation, innovation and continuous improvement. You have experience in working with stakeholders in different countries. You know about Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, automation, cloud computing, sensor technologies, edge computing, etc. You bring an understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows in production. You are able to respond to new market trends and are highly motivated, continuously learning and emerging technologies. You are ready for occasional missions (20%). You work with these Tech Stacks: MS Azure IoT, PLC, MES, SCADA AI in Manufacturing SAP Basics (primarily production processes)
