Junior BPM Consultant (Person*)

Methodical process consulting & control: You advise specialist areas in the structured recording, description and further development of processes based on a uniform BPM methodology. Your focus is on the methodological control of processes, ensuring consistency, comparability and quality – not on operational process responsibility.

Workshops & methodical moderation: You design, moderate and document process workshops and accompany key users as well as process authors in the methodically clean design of their processes. For clear structures, comprehensible models and a common understanding of the process.

Change & process-oriented communication: You support the introduction and further development of the process organization, explain methodological backgrounds of process changes and promote the understanding of process-oriented management and cooperation in the company.

Knowledge Transfer & Competence: You use process management methodology and standards, train colleagues in the application and enable them to design and develop processes independently, consistently and methodically.

Process landscape & BPM-Governance: You are working on the further development of the process map, defining and reflecting methodological standards, modeling guidelines and conventions and continuously developing the BPM governance in exchange with the responsible roles.

Key figures & control logic: You support the derivation of suitable process characteristics from the process logic, structure this methodically and create transparency as the basis for control, prioritization and decisions – without operational responsibility for individual processes.

Project management: You accompany central corporate and IT projects, reflect the multi-project overview (e.g. in Jira Big Picture) and participate in the establishment of a PMO in a perspective.

Analytics & Structure: You think logically, work clearly structured and bring order into complex facts.

Ownership & decision strength: You take responsibility, meet well-founded decisions, and keep topics up reliably.

Communication & Moderation: You moderate safely, communicate clearly and convincingly and tax stakeholders.

Process Excellence: You master BPM methodology, process analysis and modelling (BPMN 2.0) at a high level of expertise.

Change & Collaboration: You actively shape change, promote acceptance and work cooperatively with all relevant areas.

Project Management Skills: You can safely use classic and agile PM methods and bring experience with complex IT and organizational projects.

Tool & Experience Background: You have experience with BPM tools (ideal: BIC Process Design), use project tools such as Jira/BigPicture and have a relevant study as well as multi-year practice in process management.
