In order to strengthen our team, a full-time job (currently 38.7 hours/week) as an employee for digitalization projects (m/w/d) is to be filled indefinitely. You analyze and optimize existing human resources processes with regard to digitalization, user-friendliness and efficiency. Develop and implement modern, lean administrative processes together with the staff department team. You support “hands-on” the digital transformation in the Human Resources Unit, maintain existing applications, develop them further and introduce new software solutions. You prepare the selection of a new staff management system and accompany its introduction. You work closely and constructively with the IT sector, other departments and external partners. You train and support users in the use of digital tools.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable degree programme. You bring experience in the analysis and optimization of processes, ideally in the HR field. You have project management skills and experience with personnel management systems. You are inspiring for digital innovations in the administrative environment and enjoy making changes active. A structured, solution-oriented way of working, team skills and communicative strength are the key features. Very good MS Office as well as Adobe Acrobat knowledge, fluent German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (B2) complete your profile.
